Terms of Use

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Tagsbay.
• Give true details and keep them up to date. One person, one personal account. Business accounts must be opened by someone allowed to act for the business.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. Never share your sign-in codes; tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

2. How the marketplace works

Tagsbay is a marketplace. Most products are sold by independent shops and manufacturers ("sellers"), not by Tagsbay. The seller is responsible for its listings, products, delivery and returns, and for following the laws that apply to it. We check sellers, show prices honestly, hold payments where the order requires it, and step in when something goes wrong, as described in each order and in our promises shown in the app.

3. Buying

• The total shown at checkout, including delivery, fees and taxes, is what you pay. If we convert a currency, the rate shown is locked for the time stated and you are charged exactly the amount shown.
• An order is a contract between you and the seller. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
• Returns, exchanges and refunds follow the seller's policy shown before you buy, any Tagsbay promise shown on the product or order, and the consumer laws where you live. Those laws always apply.
• Team buys, group gifts, shared bags, auctions and other group features have their own steps and conditions shown in the app before you join or pay.

4. Selling

If you sell on Tagsbay, you agree to the seller terms shown when you open your shop, to describe products truthfully, to sell only items you have the right to sell, to ship on time, and to honor the return policy you publish. Prices you show as "was" prices must be prices you actually charged. You may not sell items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous, or that our rules forbid.

5. Tagsbay balance and gift cards

Your Tagsbay balance holds refunds, gift card value, rewards and promises paid by Tagsbay. It can be spent on Tagsbay and is not a bank account. Gift cards and rewards follow the conditions shown when you get them. If you delete your account, use or withdraw your balance first; anything left that the law says belongs to you will be returned to you on request.

6. Promotions and ads

• Paid placements and promoted posts are always labeled Ad. They never appear in Tia's answers, plans or comparisons.
• Boost credits for promoting a post or product are sold at fixed prices shown before you buy, through the App Store, Google Play or our payment provider. Unused promotion days may be returned as credit when you stop a promotion, as shown in the app. Refunds of App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google.

7. Tia and AI features

Tia and other AI features help you search, compare, write and plan. AI answers can be wrong, so check important details such as price, size, delivery dates and seller policies before you buy. Tia can add items to your bag or hold a deal, but never places an order or pays: you always confirm checkout yourself. AI features are labeled in the app, and you can turn them off in any chat.

8. Your content

You own what you post. You give Tagsbay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, show, adapt (for example resize or translate) and share your content in Tagsbay and in promoting Tagsbay, only as needed to run and improve the service and in line with your privacy settings. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies others already shared or that the law requires us to keep. Only post content you have the rights to, including the music and the people in it.

9. Community rules

You may not use Tagsbay to:

• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or share someone's private details without permission;
• post hate, violence, sexual content involving minors, or adult sexual content;
• scam, spam, send fake reviews, fake engagement or misleading offers;
• sell or promote illegal, counterfeit or dangerous items;
• break the law, infringe others' rights, or harm Tagsbay's systems, including scraping, reverse engineering or getting around security checks.

You can report and block people and content in the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We tell you when we act on your content, and you can ask us to look again.

10. Our app and brand

Tagsbay, its logo, the app and this website belong to TAGSBAY.COM LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect people, with notice where the law requires it. Orders already placed are completed or refunded under these terms.

12. Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to keep Tagsbay running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and Tagsbay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for what sellers or other users do. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Tagsbay in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@tagsbay.com and we'll try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes go to the courts in Alameda County, California. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim at home or under local law, you keep that right.

14. App Store and Google Play

If you downloaded Tagsbay from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If you downloaded Tagsbay from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

15. Changes and contact
